Today is the feast day of St. Andrew the Apostle, and so begins the Christmas Anticipation prayer. My grandparents handed this prayer to my father and he to me.

They say that if you repeat this prayer 15x a day, everyday, through Christmas, you will have your answer by Christmas Day.

Hail and Blessed be the hour and moment
In which the Son of God was born
Of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe,

I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires,

[mention here your request]

through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and His blessed Mother. Amen.
